Pozos Profundos is a collaboration with a group of 33 students at the CETAC school in Mineral de Pozos, Guanajuato, Mexico, made during the winter of 2018. Each student designed and fabricated their own high relief, concrete tile that became part of the mural at the entrance to the school’s campus. You can learn more about the project and see many more images of the process and all the participants on this blog. Pozos Profundos was possible thanks to the support of La Fundación Comunitaria del Bajío, American Friends of the Bajío, and Penland School of Craft.
